16. Now pay attention. Having the environment window on your screen, you will need to open the material editor too. Then drag the slot from Environment Map and put in on a standard/unused material (when you willplace the map on the material, a small window will appear and YOU NEED TO CHOOSE INSTANCE AND NOT COPY. and the material’s menu should be like this :
17. At HDR Map click on browse and pick up the hdr image that you have downloaded, then check spherical envirnment.
18. Press the render button and you should have this :
19. As you can see, the render is a little bit dark. Open the image with Photoshop, go to Image > Adjustements > Levels, and play a little bit with those settings and you should have this :
