Ribbon error

Hello there,

Any idea how to fix this error? On 3ds MAX 2011 Startup.

What are those ? 3DS Max errors ?

Yes it 3ds max error, mainly Win Vista or 7 issue.

When the app brakes down and you close it incorrectly this can appear :)
simply in to modeling
